As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous about the process. Anastasia completely put us at ease and answered all of our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. In addition to being just an absolute delight, she was almost always available to talk, text, or email with us. She’s an excellent communicator and we were so impressed by her prompt responsiveness. When we got nervous about putting in our first bid, she put together some last minute showings of other properties so we could be certain we made the right choice on our dream home. (We did, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!) We asked her advice on almost everything, and she was happy to recommend amazing companies to work with from lenders to inspectors; even recommending the vendors we wanted doing work after closing! I felt confident that we were making the best decisions with Anastasia’s guidance and it was truly a such pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend Anastasia to anyone looking to buy a home in the Savannah region.

Anastasia is an absolute dream! We are a military family transferring to Savannah. We were in town for only a few days house hunting and she took the time to show us every house we were interested in. She is so knowledgeable about the area and even showed us the schools that our children would attend. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She helped us every step of the way through the process of buying our dream home. She treated us like family. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a realtor. She is truly the best!
Sold in 10 days from out of state with Anastasias help. Anastasia came very highly recommended and did not disappoint. She made the right amount of time in advance of our sale to put a plan in place and answer all of our “first time seller” questions. She watched the market variations and came ready with expert advice on the small and more significant changes to help us sell for top dollar quickly. Our $5k improvement/reno investment led to a 2x return ($10k increase in sales price). We exceeded comps and market value and were under contract in 10 days. She coordinated all of the improvements from a general contractor and design role, competitive commission rates and hassle free sale while we were 600 miles away. Not a single thing I would change and I am not one to over promise in a review.
We found Anastasia through a friend of a friend when we began planning to move from MD to GA about 2 years prior to when we planned to relocate. What a blessing she turned out to be for us! Anastasia worked with us every step of the way and even would walk through properties via Facetime so we could see them 600 miles away. Her knowledge of the area is superb and extremely helpful. What looked good online wasn’t always as pictures claimed and neighborhoods weren’t always as nice as an internet search would have you believe. We struggled with one nightmare after another when it came to dealing with the financing and again, Anastasia was with us, helping out wherever she could to make the process easier. We plan to purchase more GA real estate in the future and would never dream of using anyone else but Anastasia Phillips!

Searching with Zillow and getting an agent to respond seemed tough. That was until I sent a request for information to Anastasia Phillips — OMG, her agency responded before I could log off from sending a requst. Anastasia’s agency responded within 3 minutes – Anastasia returned my call within 5 minutes – Anastasia personally met with me within 24 hours. Her personality, true talent for listening, and her genuine enjoyment for her profession makes her the perfect agent. Her real estate experience, knowledge of the area, and her approach for showing you all that is available makes you realize that “what you thought you were searching for — may not be the case.” She is brilliant and she makes every meeting with her a great learning experience (and this was my 9th home purchase). I have made mistakes in choosing an agent in the past … but choosing Anastasia was the BEST choice. I quit honstly hope I know her forever. I think her rating is a 10!

Anastasia Phillips is simply the best. After we contacted her to help us sell our condominium 2 hours from where we live she immediately got to work, carefully inspecting our condo and noting what improvements/repairs were needed. She then quickly lined up the subcontractors necessary and got them to work. In a matter of a couple of weeks, our condo was transformed. She then began marketing our property, and a line of potential buyers soon followed. An offer was made, and she advised us on the counteroffer which was accepted. She then represented us at the closing since we were about to go on vacation. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, a period of only a couple of months. Choose Anastasia as your realtor – you’ll be as delighted as we have been.

Anastasia is simply the best! She toured our condominium before we listed it and went over in detail the improvements we needed to make for it to be more marketable. Then she quickly lined up all the subcontractors we needed to complete the repair work and improvements. Everything was done in an amazingly short period of time. Our condo looked terrific when it went on the market. She advertised it widely, and soon had a steady flow of potential buyers. When an offer was made, she consulted with us and advised us on an appropriated counter offer which was accepted. We were leaving on vacation to California and couldn’t attend the closing, but she made sure things went smoothly. From the time we first contacted Anastasia to when we closed was a few short weeks. I can’t recommend Anastasia highly enough – what a great realtor!

As a buyer relocating to Savannah from South Carolina, I was uncertain about the area. Anastasia was the perfect Realtor find. Not only is she friendly and personable, but she was patient and explained all options to me. She worked diligently to help me find my perfect home. She was responsive to my questions, and made the whole buying process seamless. If I were to sell or move again in the Savannah area, there is not a doubt that I will work with Anastasia.

I have never been so impressed with a realtor. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us sell our home. Being in the military we had a deadline to sell and Anastasia didn’t waste one minute. She stood by us every step of the way and really worked hard for us. We never expected to close on such a high price but Anastasia brought it to the max, no messing around. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. Take care, Anastasia!

Working with Anastasia and Lynne was absolutely great. The home purchasing prices was painless and smooth. The home shopping proceeds was a blast also. I definitely will be using their firm again in the future.
Anastasia was very helpful in finding our country home. She knows the area very well and once told her what we wanted, she was able to tell us everything we needed to know about the different areas that would fit our needs. Anastasia first visited my house and helped me stage it so it would have the wow factor that was needed in the competitive Richmond Hill market. Anastasia then explained all the marketing tools that she has available which really got my house exposed to the market and the other local agents. Bottom line is that I had 2 offers the first day on the market and accepted a full price offer. After the contract was signed she and her husband Larry helped me get in touch with a local handy man to fix a punch list of items that were discovered during the inspection.
Working with Anastasia Phillips was a wonderful experience.

This letter is to reference and thank Anastasia Phillips and Lynne Mois for the outstanding job they did to prepare and sell our home quickly. During our time in the military, we bought and sold three homes, and our experience with Lynne and Anastasia by far exceeded the experiences we had with other realtors. We owned our home in Richmond Hill, GA for 9 years, and for the past 5 years it has been a rental property.
