Anastasia Phillips is a Savannah native with more than 27 years of experience guiding clients through successful real estate transactions across Coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry. She serves Historic Savannah, The Landings at Skidaway Island, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Springfield, Midway, and Pooler, bringing deep local insight and trusted expertise to every client relationship.

For more than 24 years, she has been a multi-million-dollar producer and an active member of the Savannah Area Realtors Distinguished Sales Society, where she also served on the Board of Directors.

Before entering real estate, Anastasia built a successful career as a corporate IT recruiter in Houston and Dallas, developing strong negotiation, communication, and business strategy skills that continue to benefit her clients today.
