Anastasia Phillips is a Savannah native with more than 25 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes across the Lowcountry, including Historic Savannah, The Landings, Wilmington Island, Tybee Island, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Springfield, Midway, and Pooler. Her deep local knowledge and dedication to client success have made her a trusted name in Savannah real estate.

As one of the original investors in the Keller Williams Savannah franchise, Anastasia has played an integral role in shaping its growth. For the past 20 years, she has been a multi-million-dollar producer and an active member of the Savannah Area Realtors Distinguished Sales Society, where she also served on the Board of Directors.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Anastasia worked as a corporate IT recruiter in Houston and Dallas, building strong business and negotiation skills she now brings to her clients.
